How to Convert PNG or WebP to JPG Safely
Open Convert Image, set the format to JPG, and download the new file. Do that when a form, an email app, or an older program rejects PNG or WebP. Do not do it when the image still needs a transparent background.

Photos and logos are not the same conversion
A camera photo stored as PNG or WebP usually becomes a normal JPG you can attach anywhere. Open the download and look at faces, text, and fine lines before you send it. JPEG softens sharp edges a little.
A logo, icon, or interface screenshot with empty space around it is the risky case. Those empty pixels will not stay transparent. If the next step is placing the logo on a colored background, keep PNG.
Converting does not promise a smaller file. A PNG full of flat color and text can become a JPG that looks worse without saving much space. A photograph usually shrinks.
Conversion is not compression

Will the transparent background stay?
