Confiles is a free website of small file tools that run in your browser. You can compress a PDF, merge documents, turn a PNG into a JPG, work with ZIP and JSON, make a QR code, or read text from an image without creating an account. The file you choose is processed on your device. It is not uploaded to a Confiles server.

What the site is for
Each page is one job: compress an image, merge PDFs, extract a few pages, convert JPG, PNG, or WebP, unzip a file, format JSON, and similar tasks. You open the page, choose the file, and download a new result. There is no dashboard and no library of your documents.
The tools are meant for ordinary files people already have on a phone or a laptop. They are not a substitute for a full desktop PDF editor, and they do not promise to shrink every file. The guide pages say what each tool will not do.
Why it exists
A lot of online converters only work if you upload a private file to someone else's server and wait for a download link. That is a poor default for an application, a contract, or an ID scan, and it is unnecessary for jobs a browser can already do.
Confiles exists so those jobs can be finished on the device you already have, without an account. The site is free. It may show advertising and use analytics, which the privacy policy describes separately from file processing.

Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup, and Confiles does not keep a copy of the files you process.
Is Confiles a product from Google or Adobe?
No. It is an independent site. Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and AdSense may be used on the pages, as described in the privacy policy. They are not the publisher of the tools.
